Perfect for individual play or as a two-player competition, see which tiles you can shut based on the numbers you roll on the dice. Will the dice decide your fate, or will you find a winning strategy and “shut the box” to claim that sought-after score of zero?

It is a wooden tray with 2 sets of nine numbered flaps and 4 dice. Roll two dice and then flick down the numbers – (either those shown on dice or) those which add up to total number. For example, roll 6 & 3 and put down 6 + 3 or 9 or 2 + 7, 1 + 8 or 2 + 3 + 4.  When you roll the dice and can’t put any more numbers down then add up the remaining numbers. Who can get the lowest number?

This game is brilliant to practice and learn number bonds to 12. It is a game that all the family can join in – elderly relatives can sit in a comfy chair/settee as the games is passed round. Who can get the lowest score? Players 1, 2 or more. Age 6 years – adult.
