Here are the terms and conditions.
Delivery
Our website is set up for delivery to consumers in the UK.
If we are temporarily out-of-stock of an item and it will take more than a few days before it will be back in stock then we will email you to tell you so you can decide to wait, alter or cancel your order.
If for any reason that we are unable to fulfil all, or part, of your order then we will email you to explain what the problem is (e.g. an item is out-of-stock or we cannot deliver to your area). Often we will give you a choice of options. Sometimes we will have to cancel your order. If we have to refund you money, we will do it promptly by the means that you paid us (and anyway within 30 days).
Once the products you have ordered and paid for have been delivered to you, you have ownership of them and hence have responsibility for them.
Returns
As a consumer you may cancel your order at any time up to the end of 14 days from the date you receive the order and you do not need to give us any reason. Please contact us in writing (email or letter) if you want to cancel your order. Once we have received the goods back we will refund you promptly (and anyway within 14 days).
The customer has responsibility:
- for the goods until they are received by us, so use a service where there is proof of delivery (so that if the goods are lost in transit the customer can claim against the carrier)
- to pay the return delivery costs (e.g. by second class Royal Mail signed for)
- to keep the goods in good condition (so wrap them well or use the original packaging)
Please note that a business has no right to cancel their order.
Damaged or faulty items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item from us, please could you inform us in writing (email or letter) as soon as possible and we will decide on the appropriate course of action. We may ask you to:
- photograph the product to show how it is damaged
- return the item (but do wait until we have asked for it to be returned)
And then we will decide on whether the item can be repaired, or replaced, or if we should refund you.
Debit & Credit Card Security
Your card information is not held on our website; it goes directly to the payment processor (PayPal or Stripe) over an encrypted connection. Please see our privacy policy for further information on how we protect your personal information.
WEEE
Some of our toys have electrical components. We fulfil our obligations for the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment(WEEE) regulations by participating in the Valpak DTS Scheme (registration number 600338). To dispose of your WEEE please follow the guidance on the https://www.recycle-more.co.uk website.
